Delivery Policy

Simply Antivirus Ltd accepts orders through this website from customers located in the United Kingdom and selected countries outside the European Union, subject to product availability, regional licensing requirements and our geographic-sales restrictions. We do not currently accept website orders from customers located within the European Union.

Simply Antivirus currently sells digital licence keys only. We do not supply or ship physical products.

All orders are processed automatically once payment has been successfully completed. Licence keys are sent to the email address provided at checkout, usually within 10 minutes, although delivery may take up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.

There is no delivery charge for digital orders.

The delivery email includes the licence key, relevant download or setup links, troubleshooting guides and supporting information to help you install and activate your product.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address when placing an order. Please check your inbox, spam and junk folders if the delivery email has not appeared within the expected time.

If you have not received your licence key within 24 hours, please contact support@simplyantivirus.co.uk and include your order reference number and the email address used for the order.
